NCAA National Championship

By Dan Rodgers

We are sitting at halftime of the Kentucky vs. Kansas NCAA national championship game. Kentucky completely dominated the first half, primarily because of their efficient shooting (53.3%); however, somehow Kansas was only down by 14.

I still believe that Kansas can come back. They play tough defense and love to pound the ball inside. The Wildcats probably won't shoot with such efficiency for the rest of the game, and Kansas will look to get a few Kentucky players into foul trouble.

Thomas Robinson and Jeff Withey will be key in the second half. They will need to control the paint, both offensively and defensively. Anthony Davis is having an awful game offensively, going 0-8 thus far. This is not a very good showing for him considering this is his last game before the draft.

Kansas has just hit a three and then an and-one... so this is going to be their last chance at a final push. They are down nine with just over four minutes to go... ENJOY!
